So I took last week off as you may have noticed....or not. I simply needed a break and this week I was ready to don my walking shoes again. It was a big crowd, Zita and Donna joined Lynn, Diane, Howard and I. Each time in the past that Zita has planned to come, it snowed and so she ended up opting out. Therefore we were sure it would snow today....but it didn't! So much for superstition.
It's been a quiet, relaxing weekend for me, very much needed. No weekend anxiety this week. But I confess I feel it lurking, this may never happen again. Howard would reprimand me just about now if he was reading this. "God hasn't planned the future yet, who am I to be anticipating it and worrying about it." Well, my dear husband, I learned my worrying from you! When did those tables turn?!
I hope you will forgive a short entry this week, I am off to my craft room for a few, something I rarely indulge in on the weekend. Some of you know I spend some time there every morning before work. But the weekends are so tumultuous and unstructured, this is a rare treat. In the meantime I am thinking about meditation and yoga, something to talk about next time. Any thoughts?
Have a good week.
